These terms govern the use of the business organization consulting and advisory services provided by Nora Grup. By using our services, you agree to comply with these conditions.
Nora Grup offers consulting services for the improvement of business organizations' structure and processes, with the aim of contributing to their sustainable development and market adaptation. Specific services are detailed in the corresponding service agreement.
Nora Grup is committed to providing advice based on its professional experience. The Client is committed to providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of the service and to implementing the recommendations under its own responsibility.
Our advisory services do not constitute a guarantee of specific results in the client company's economy or market. Nora Grup will not be responsible for business decisions made by the Client based on our advice, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
Fees will be invoiced as agreed in the service proposal. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. No refunds are offered for services already rendered.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Nora Grup reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect on the specified date.
